Terms of Use

1. Scope of Application

These terms of use govern the contractual relationship between InspireCoreHub and clients of our tax services, tax consulting programs, strategic consulting processes, and business tax services. They apply to all tax services offered and supplementary provisions. By subscribing to our services or scheduling a consultation, you accept these terms.

2. Service Registration and Contract Conclusion

Registration for our tax services is possible in person at our premises, by phone, email, or via our website. The contract is concluded after confirmation by InspireCoreHub. For specialized consultations and tax services, prior planning is necessary to ensure optimal service quality. The right to service registration exists only after receipt of confirmation and payment processing, if applicable.

3. Service Description

Our services include strategic consulting, tax management programs, strategic consulting processes, tax assessment and planning, client success, and supplementary services such as tax assessment and tax strategy development. The type, scope, and duration of each service are defined in the current service description or corresponding registration contract. InspireCoreHub reserves the right to modify the service offering when necessary for organizational or strategic reasons. If a tax expert is not available, we will provide a qualified replacement or propose an alternative date, as far as possible.

4. Payment Terms

Services are paid in advance, unless alternative payment terms are agreed upon. For complete tax packages, we may agree to installment payments. Payment is made by bank transfer or, in some cases, directly at our premises. Prices for specialized tax services or custom program development are indicated separately and are due on a specified date. In case of late payment, we reserve the right to temporarily suspend services or charge interest in accordance with legal provisions.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Client cancellation:
    • Individual consultations: Cancellation up to 48 hours before the appointment without charge
    • Ongoing services: Up to 7 days before start 80% refund; after that 50% refund
    • Complete consulting packages: Individual cancellation terms, as indicated in the service contract
  • InspireCoreHub cancellation:
    • If the service must be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances or other important reasons, payments already made will be fully refunded or an alternative date will be proposed.

6. Refund Policy

At InspireCoreHub, we are committed to providing high-quality tax services to professional clients. Our refund policy is designed to ensure fair treatment while maintaining professional standards:

  • Initial consultation fees: Non-refundable once the consultation is completed.
  • Ongoing consulting services: Refunds for unused portions may be issued upon written request, less costs for work already performed.
  • Program-based services: Refunds are processed based on the degree of completion and resources already invested.
  • Exceptional circumstances: We may process partial refunds in exceptional cases where the service could not be completed due to factors beyond the control of both parties.

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@inspirecorehub.com with a detailed explanation of the circumstances. Each request will be reviewed within 5 business days and we are committed to a fair resolution that respects both client interests and professional service standards.

7. Appointments and Attendance

Current consultation hours are available on our website and in service descriptions. We require punctual attendance. Delays exceeding 15 minutes may result in appointment rescheduling. Missed appointments cannot be refunded, unless expressly agreed or individually arranged in special circumstances.

8. Confidentiality and Responsibility

Registration for our tax services is subject to professional confidentiality standards. All personal information and business details shared during our services are subject to strict confidentiality standards. InspireCoreHub is committed to maintaining the highest professional standards and expects the same from all clients. Please disclose existing business affairs or special circumstances before the start of service. InspireCoreHub is not responsible for circumstances beyond our control or indirect consequences of service registration.

9. Use of Premises and Materials

InspireCoreHub premises and equipment must be handled with care. Tax management documentation and resources are provided for services and included in the service price, unless otherwise indicated. InspireCoreHub assumes no responsibility for personal items and valuables. Consultation rooms and common areas must be left in good condition.

10. Copyright and Confidentiality

The content, methods, tax management materials, and resources provided in our services are subject to copyright and professional confidentiality. Distribution, commercial use, or publication without express authorization from InspireCoreHub is not permitted. All clients agree to confidentiality regarding other clients' information. Meeting recording is only permitted with prior consent of all present persons.

11. Data Protection

Client personal data is processed with the greatest care and used exclusively for contract processing and provision of tax services. Disclosure to third parties only occurs when necessary for contract execution or legal requirements. Additional details are regulated in our separate privacy policy.

12. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

Singapore law is applicable. The jurisdiction for all disputes is the seat of InspireCoreHub.
